Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Svasa app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Venkata Subbareddy A (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it.

Information collected automatically

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
• The total time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Anonymous crash and diagnostic information (such as device model, operating system version, and crash reports) used to identify and fix problems in the Application

Information you provide

• Your email address and a Google account identifier, obtained when you sign in with Google
• Your breathing practice records (such as the technique used, session duration, and time of practice), which are saved to your account so they can sync across your devices

The Application stores your account information and your breathing practice records in the cloud (using Google Firebase) so that your progress is backed up and available on any device where you sign in. This information is associated with your account and is not anonymous.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use your email address only to sign you into the Application and to respond to requests or notices you send to the Service Provider (such as a data deletion request). The Service Provider will contact you only for essential matters relating to the service.

No Sale of Data and No Marketing

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Your email address is not used for marketing or promotional messages. You will not receive marketing emails as a result of using the Application.

Third Party Access

The Application uses third-party services to operate, to back up your data, and to help the Service Provider improve the Application. Some data — including your account information and breathing practice records, which can identify you — is transmitted to and stored by these services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Analytics for Firebase) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore store your account and breathing practice records. Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase collect anonymous usage and crash diagnostics that are not linked to your identity, and are used only to improve the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• With trusted service providers (listed above) who work on their behalf and adhere to the rules set forth in this statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you would like the Service Provider to delete data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at su.labs@outlook.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time. Anonymous crash and diagnostic data handled by Firebase is retained in accordance with Google's Firebase data retention policies and is not linked to your account.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact su.labs@outlook.com so that the Service Provider can take the necessary action.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information. Data transmitted between the Application and Firebase is encrypted in transit.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your Svasa account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send an email to su.labs@outlook.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
2. Verification: Please send the email from the Google (Gmail) address used to log into the Application so the Service Provider can verify ownership.
3. Processing: Once received, the Service Provider (Venkata Subbareddy A) will delete your user identifier, email record, and all saved breathing progress from the Firebase database within 7 business days.

Data Handling after deletion:

• Deleted: Email address, user account identifier, and all breathing logs and progress.
• Kept: No personal data is kept after deletion. Anonymous crash diagnostics (which do not identify you) may remain with Firebase for a limited retention period as governed by Google's Firebase policies.
